1. Your participation in the NINO'S loyalty mobile application scheme ("NINO'S app") shall only become active once you have downloaded the NINO'S app, completed all the relevant information and accepted the general terms and conditions relating to your participation as set out herein.
  2. The NINO'S app can only be used for purchase transactions concluded through participating NINO'S stores. The list of participating NINO'S stores will be regularly updated on the NINO'S app.
  3. Your NINO'S app profile is linked with your personal details and mobile number. It cannot be downloaded or activated on more than one mobile phone device and/or internet connectivity device or used by more than one person.
  4. To qualify for the benefits of the NINO'S app you need to; at the actual time of the instore transaction, present your unique NINO'S app profile e-card for redeeming. If you do not present your unique NINO'S app profile e-card for scanning/capturing as aforesaid, we will not credit your NINO'S app or allow redemption of points or rewards after the fact.
  5. NINO'S App rewards can unless otherwise advised only be redeemed at participating NINO'S stores.
  6. The unique NINO'S app profile is intrinsically linked with your mobile phone number. You are required to; in the event of your mobile phone number changing during the course of your participation in the NINO'S app, notify us via the NINO'S app of the change in mobile phone number which will then be verified by us prior to transferring your points to your new mobile phone number.
  7. NINO'S reserves the right to; without notice to you, suspend and/or terminate your participation in the NINO'S app in the event of suspecting any fraudulent and/or inappropriate conduct, abuse or misuse of the NINO'S app by you. In the event of a foregoing any benefits accrued under the NINO'S app will at the discretion of NINO'S be automatically be suspended or forfeited.

  1. You will upon successful download, registration and full completion of all profile aspects of the NINO'S app be rewarded with a R25 Sign Up Reward.
  2. Customers with current loyalty cards points will be able to link their existing card number and points at a future date once that feature has been added to the app. Best we recommend customers to utilise and exhaust all their points on old cards.

  1. With the Loyalty app, you earn 5% (Five Percent) "Points" accumulation on the value of your bill (excluding waitron tips). This will be electronically credited to your account.
  2. You can build up your balance over a period of time or use your points as they become available to spend.
  3. Receive a complementary R50 (Fifty Rand) Points on your birthday.
  4. As a member, you will be notified about our awesome promotions and any dedicated events, as Member-only specials.
  5. After every 10th visit (subject to spending a minimum of R25 (Twenty Five Rand) per visit and without splitting any bill on any visit), a R25 (Twenty Five Rand) voucher will be added to your card to use on a subsequent visit. Please allow 7 (Seven) days for the availability of such voucher on recurring visits.
  6. You may accumulate your R25 (Twenty-Five Rand) vouchers and redeems multiple vouchers on one bill, provided that the value of the

  10. Point allocation is limited to one unique NINO'S app profile e-card per basket / sale.
  11. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another NINO'S app participant.

  1. We may from time to time run special promotions, including package deals, where point allocation may differ and be partially or fully excluded from point allocation as set out above. Notification and details of these promotions and the point allocation relating thereto will be on our website and the mobile phone application.
  2. Download, registration and use of the NINO'S app requires internet-connectivity and data. NINO'S shall under no circumstances be liable should you not be access the app due to lack of data or connectivity issues.
  3. NINO'S may from time to time run updates to the NINO'S app which may result in it being temporarily inaccessible. NINO'S will endeavour to limit any down time to a minimum and where practically possible out of normal business hours.
  4. You acknowledge and warrant that all registration information supplied and submitted by you is truthful and accurate and that you undertake to maintain the accuracy of the information supplied.
  5. Products, prices and discount amounts linked to earn and reward campaigns are subject to change without notice.
  6. Points cannot be earned and rewards / vouchers cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other exclusive offer, promotion, discount or voucher.
  7. NINO'S app profiles are not transferrable and can also not be shared or used by more than one person.
  8. We will not disclose your personal information to a person who is not contracted to or in the employ of NINO'S without your prior permission, unless we are compelled by law or in terms of a court order to do so or it is in the public interest to do so, or it is necessary to protect our rights and ensure the integrity of and operation of our business.
  9. We will on our own initiative, or at your request, rectify or erase any incomplete, inaccurate or outdated personal information retained by us. You agree that we may aggregate information from your use of the NINO'S app by removing personally identifiable information such as names, and to use and disclose such non-personalized aggregate information in our discretion.
  10. We shall take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. For the purpose hereof, "personal information" shall be as defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act,2 of 2000 ("PAIA").
  11. You agree that we may without further notice to you and without payment or other compensation to you electronically collect, store and use the following information of you:
    1. Name and surname; 
    2. Birth date;
    3. Gender;
    4. Contact details, including email address and mobile phone number; and
    5. Purchasing history.
  12. We collect, store and use the above-mentioned information for the following purposes:
    1. To greet you when you contact us;
    2. To compile non-personal statistical information about you for marketing and promotional purposes;
    3. For research to develop new products, services and offers.
  13. NINO'S owns and retains all rights to non-personal statistical information compiled and collected.
  14. By download and completion of the NINO'S app you consent to receive electronic communications, promotional and marketing material from us and agree that all notices, disclosures and other communications sent by us satisfies any legal requirements, including but not limited to the requirement that such communication should be "in writing".
  15. All electronic marketing material will contain an unsubscribe link which you can click on to remove you from the electronic marketing mailing list should you wish not to receive further electronic marketing material from us.
  16. This NINO'S app is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, as amended from time to time ("the Act"). Unless otherwise provided for in the Act, members of the loyalty program shall have no damages claim against NINO'S, its management, trustees, employees or contractors arising out of their participation in the loyalty program.
  17. NINO'S reserves the right to terminate or suspend this loyalty program with 1 (one) month's prior notification, which notification will be recorded on our website and displayed at NINO'S sale kiosk, and may also be transmitted to you via email or SMS. The notice period will apply from the date of the publication thereof on the NINO'S website and shall be deemed to be binding on all members of the loyalty program.
  18. NINO'S further reserves the right to at any time change the terms, conditions and benefits of this NINO'S app by publication thereof on the NINO'S website. The change will take effect 20 (twenty) business day after date of publication on the NINO'S website.
  19. Any dispute in relation to the loyalty program will be determined by the management of NINO'S or its nominee, whose decision shall be final and binding, not subject to appeal or review and with no correspondence being entered into.
